About the Event

This 30 day course is designed to bring you from reaction to action, by building a solid daily meditation practice and introspection routine. Throught this course you will learn: 

  • The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of daily meditation
  • How breath work is effective at quieting the mind
  • Effective breath work techniques for meditation
  • How to awaken Kundalini (Shakti energy) and help it rise up to the crown
  • How to deal with life's events from a grounded and empowered place
  • How controlling the breath = controlling the mind
  • How to put it all together into an effective and powerful daily practice to transform your life for the better

The class will include 4 online group meetings, and 1 private phone/online meeting with me to address specific personal concerns and situations. At the end of the course you will have a daily practice that will help you cope with, and handle all of life's experiences from a confident, grounded and stress-free perspective.
